Loved the anime aesthetics and the pixel art. Even loved the plot about the clashes between the police, the government and the corporations about the use of robotic vehicles. Hated the controls and that almost ruined the game for me. I found it to be too imprecise and when I finally put the aim where I wanted, the enemies have moved.
This has a lot of potential and I hope the devs polish the controls in future patches. It's not a bad games and surely some hardcore games with practice in old hard arcade games will enjoy it, but I mostly didn't. Here's my full review in spanish.
Also, why the hell is this locked to 30 fps? It makes my problems with the controls even worse. I usually don't care about that, but in this case I feel it.
