Got this game for free on Amazon Prime, and decided to stream it during this festive season. I do enjoy hidden object games, and understand that sometimes the puzzles don't make sense. But this game! Wow, what would anyone do without the hints. Because sometimes, even randomly clicking or randomly trying different objects to complete the puzzles didn't work. I like games with puzzles that are logic, or where you get good hints as to how to solve it. And yes, there were some puzzles like that in this game. But the ratio for me was about half were ok, and half were nonsense.

The plot of this game is ok, you are trying to save Christmas, after a flu spreader elf messed something up and a spiral of bad things started to happen. You have to fix all of it, and unfortunately, the game does drag on way too much. I expected the game to be about 3 and a half hours long, but ended up playing for over 10 hours. Yes, I am slow with the puzzles, but that's just too long for a game like this. Especially, when the story is not that interesting anyways.

If you get to play the game, give a shot at the bonus chapter. In my opinion, it is way better than the main story. My only complaint is that you are supposed to be playing as a 10 year old kid, but end up doing stuff that no kid that age would do. Unless that's young MacGyver!
