Preliminary: Unlike the prior generations where arcade games were purely ported to the new consoles, often with many faults, this new generation added a lovely extra layer: a 3d museum to learn about the games and show off the much larger memory capacity of CDs and the cozy modern music.

In the end this is really more so an honrary 3 star since I only played it for a bit. But I had one of the later museum volumes, I love the concept of entering the universe of those games then starting them up, I love the music of the museum area and info parts, and the arcade games are fun to play, even if not favorites of mine.

Look: 7.5/10 I wanna give this higher cuz I love the windows and museum setting, but PC had already trumped this Look and PS1 isn't as brand new anymore in my chronology project.

Sound: 8/10

Play: 7/10

Feel: 7.5/10

Attachment: 7/10

Overall: 7.4/10
