Street Fighter is the first fighting game produced by Capcom and the very first game in the Street Fighter series. While it did not achieve the same popularity as its sequels when it was first released, the original Street Fighter introduced some of the conventions made standard in later games such as attack buttons and special command-based techniques.

The first Street Fighter is now a video game "dinosaur". Indeed, this classic Capcom title is showing a great poverty, one can only play with one character but above all the gameplay proves to be far too approximate and limited. Its only merit is that it has launched one of the biggest series of the 2D fighting genre of video history. However if you have to start with an episode, you can orget about this game and go directly to the second opuswich is unsurprisingly much better in all categories.

There are plenty of older games that i still like despite the fact that they aged... But i just can't find any sort of enjoyment in this one.

1.2 out of 5, You've Sagat to be kidding me...

(Ps : And no, i haven't managed to beat it yet, i'll update my review if i do.)
