Very similar to the first game, but I liked it quite a bit more from the first because of the slight changes. Being able to select which boss to fight, the addition of a new character, the addition of a new attack for each character, and the support mechs were neat. It’s disappointing that a lot of the bosses are reused from the first game and that the different routes still don’t really have a different story despite having different premises. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to try it in multiplayer some day.
