The game presents a top-down view of a simple version of soccer (there are no fouls, substitutions, or strategies). Players must dribble and pass the ball towards one end of the field and try to score a goal by forcing the ball into the opposing team's net.

As the rest of the Genesis' early line, it appears this one has a few caveats following it. it's not a great game, like, no surprise, those early games were Mid and were probably released to fill the shelves the more I dig into them.

It's simple, the game works. you pickup a team, make your plan, and play. and it took about an hour to realize how useless that plan-making is. whatever you do, the game will play the same. The simple controls are also not allowing for much freedom. you want to steal the ball from someone? I guess you wanted to slide, Aim for the net? I guess you wanted to pass it to a team mate.

although if you played casually you will have much appreciated fun, I wouldn't recommend this game if you're looking for professional work.
