Not much to say about the gameplay. It's a classic pinball game. Like all standard 21st Century releases this one also features 4 tables, all of them being mostly realistic tables. For me the tables vary in interest, but that may just be personal taste. For example I liked the football table least. Jailbreak and Tarantula kind of worked best for me. And I remember having played Tarantula and only Tarantula for a full afternoon it was just that fun.
Difficulty:Controls and physics all work pretty well, no complaints overall. Also there is the usual "you get a free ball, if your ball dies before you even touched it" mechanic which makes everything feel less unfair.
If you liked Epic Pinball or other 21st Century releases, you should definitely check it out. It has some of my favorite pinball tables ever. The only gripe I have with it is that installing it and getting it to run is unnecessarily hard on modern machines, but once it runs it's a great experience.
