Platform:

Arcade version.

Graphics/Sound:

This game features great looking brawler graphics. I liked the theme a lot which is why I decided to start playing the game. It's kind of a Masters of the Universe world, a weird fantasy-tech mix with robot knights and bowmen flying on anti-gravity devices, while you are fighting with traditional spear and sword weapons.

Gameplay:

The gameplay is relatively standard for a brawler of that kind. You go from left to right through all the levels. There is a minimal amount of platforming involved, where you have the nice mechanism that if you miss the platform your character automatically climbs up the previous platform, and only if you make a mistake on climbing up again you lose a life. There is one level where you fight on a giant moth-like creature and one that where you fight in knee high water, with fish men attacking you, but the rest of the levels all seem pretty similar. At the end of each level there is a boss, and while some of them are cool, there is a little much recycling of some of the bosses.

Difficulty:

The levels are not very hard here if you manage to control the pack. Some of the bosses are really tough, but there is always a pattern that you can master to beat them. The only frustrating parts is in the end where there is many bosses at once. Also the fishmen are annoying when they come in high numbers.

Conclusion:

It's a good brawler, but it hardly stands out of the crowd of games like this with anything. If it wasn't for its unique theme I wouldn't have picked it up. And the gameplay is also about average. Still and ok game you can use to kill some time.
