This review is for the NES port of the arcade game. I didn't even attempt to play this game but I did watch a longplay and it looks pretty awful and repetitive.

This review is for the NES port of the arcade game. I didn't even attempt to play this game but I did watch a longplay and it looks pretty awful and repetitive.
There's a skate park hub area where you can do tricks and earn points but if you don't start one of the four event challenges (Ramp, Downhill, Slalom, or Jump), a swarm of bees shows up to kill you, except for the NES port it is not clear they are bees (at least to me) and it just looks like a spooky blob of pixels chasing after you until it stabs you to death. I have a feeling the arcade version is a completely different experience based on the visuals alone because the NES is incredibly plain and ugly in comparison.
