A web of iridescent blue beams engulfs Earth-Space. You stand watching. Mesmerized at first, you now realize the beams support weapons, frightening creations in different forms. Will you just watch or will you take action? Action??!! Then roll up your sleeves, mount these beams and... ride! Animated graphics create a 3D perspective that virtually pulls you into the screen. Pulsating sound effects intensify the action as a dizzying array of objects zips from beam to beam.

Very Tough Fixed Shooter
This review is for the Atari 2600 version

Always curious about this game from the cool cover art of it. It's a simple field shooter with several lanes you can flip your ship into to fire at ships coming towards you. The game looks nice due to a perspective trick while it's really just a flat 2D field. Between the lane switching, incoming obstacles, extra life collection and boss ship at the end of each wave it's a solid shooting game that looks and sounds nice.

Too bad it's impossible to 'win'!
