I vaguely recall renting this back in the 90s and having fun. I am not sure whether or not I played any other Bomberman game but the basic premise of the game is classic.
Beat the game. Using save states I was able to breeze through without losing any power ups, which is kind of against the spirit of the game. Took me a while to figure out how to beat the final boss because it was a mechanic that I never had to use prior. Good game.
