A 2D platformer and first entry on the SNES in the Super Mario franchise, Super Mario World follows Mario as he attempts to defeat Bowser's underlings and rescue Princess Peach from his clutches. Just gave myself my yearly reminder of how amazing this game is. I played for about an hour on my SNES last night, and had such a good time.

I'm starting to fall down a rabbit hole with retro game equipment. I have RGB cables ordered for my SNES and Sega Genesis. I think I'm going to be ordering a Framemeister here pretty soon to get the signal to my TV. Seems a little ridiculous, but I'm excited to see what it's going to look like!

I completed this game in October of 2015. However, I am still in the process of completing the Special World (I have the Star Road unlocked but not fully beaten) and have yet to get a 96 exit file.
