Great Look, A Brawler That Feels Like A Fighting Game, But Too Frustrating For Me In The Later Parts

Preliminary: This truly borders on a Mortal Kombat-style Fighting game, tho the way it scrolls and the obstacles that come, of course, render it a Brawler. Maybe it's just cuz the full sprites that I keep thinking Fighting game :-p and the way you only fight one enemy at a time.

Look: 8/10 As one would expect from arcade games, this has a great Look. Full sprites, ahead-of-its-time backgrounds, vivid colors.

Sound: 6/10 Mostly annoying, but not necessarily that bad. I wont factor it in to score.

Play: 6/10 Yay for coin eater arcade games, otherwise I couldn't have finished this :-p Can always Continue if have more money--nice ha. This was actually... really fun tho. It's absurd, but fun. (For the first bit, at least)

Lol I was halfway through the game when I discovered/learned the "force field" trick. Pro-tip: go up and down a bunch waving your shield till it becomes a forcefield. That would've been nice to know sooner.

Feel: 7/10 Eventually I burned out with it but the Look and idea behind it both are great. Maybe I'm just still crabby from dying at final phase of Warden in OSRS when it had 3 HP left , which would've been my first solo 250 at ToA :( Crabby butt haha. Oh, it is cool how you lose armor and then that's your vulnerable spot

Attachment: 6/10 Sad part is, this game seems to reward mashing. First few sections I felt like strategy prevailed, confusing the machine, but eventually its reaction time was so swift it really was just a war of attrition and mashing ha (closest thing I had to a strategy then was mashing the upper attack and lower attack back and forth, while pressing down/up as needed to defend). There was some barrel that seemed impenetrable... and after Continuing after that I realized the Continue function may not be as forgiving as I thought... I was so far back! Was it worth replaying all this? It was getting really repetitive as it was. And that's about when I quit, I kept struggling with the enemy in blue armour and decided I wasn't having fun ha. Moving on.. (It's a game that's fun for a bit and worth showing, but too frustrating in the long play of it)

Completion: To the boulder? Right before the 2nd woman boss moving on to a 3rd Look? Forgot to check Score Playtime: ~40 mins
