I only played Injustice 2 previously because I'm a DC fan, but I've never been huge on fighting games. However, I picked it up again this weekend with the Legendary Edition that features all DLC characters, and started noticing how many XB1 achievements were easy to obtain. So I grinded it out. I now have 645/1,095G for the game in a matter of 24 hours, and still have some more I'm going to clean up. Playing as these heroes & villains is definitely a blast.

I never really enjoyed fighting games but this game was really cheap on a recent sale, so I bought it along with Mortal Kombat X and 11, just to play with my favorite characters. Anyway, I tried the practice/learn mode, and even blocking seems super difficult. How should I know if the opponent will make a low attack or a mid-attack, because it seems like I have a millisecond to decide :D I'm 36 years old, and maybe I'm too old for fighting games?

I'm not a fan of either DC or fighting games, but I had a lot of fun playing Injustice a few years ago. The same held true for its sequel. I just enjoy looking at all those super moves and exploring maps.

The only thing that was maybe worse this time were some really long cutscenes at times. I really still don't care about the story or the characters, at all.

But overall this is a good way to spend a few hours. Would never pay the full price for it though.
