I've found myself in the backrooms of my steam library, playing Blue Shift for the first time.

I don't know how I got here but I'm staying. At least for the classic, Steam Green save menu UI.

Its recharging me like a health station.

Beat on Hard. Used the same strategy as the base game; mostly sniping at long range with the pistol, shotgun for close range and smg as my most equipped weapon. Ammo was tight for the first part, but once I started fighting soldiers there was way more ammo than I needed. This campaign felt like a more action packed less puzzle/platforming version of the original campaign, and I enjoyed it. It overall felt more like Doom, and the story really hammers in just how similar the premise of the entire game is to Doom.

I enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give the game 4 stars is it was essentially just more Half-Life without really doing anything different. There weren't any special bosses or anything. Good game though and a satisfying adventure.
