In addition to blocks, the environment features plants, mobs, and items. Some activities in the game include mining for ore, fighting hostile mobs, and crafting new blocks and tools by gathering various resources found in the game. The game's open-ended model allows players to create structures, creations, and artwork on various multiplayer servers or their single-player maps. Other features include redstone circuits for logic computations and remote actions, minecarts and tracks, and a mysterious underworld called the Nether. A designated but completely optional goal of the game is to travel to a dimension called the End, and defeat the ender dragon. Read less

they added an admittedly banger cover of Lava Chicken by Hyper Potions to Minecraft and my son is just adding jukeboxes all around the map and playing it on repeat. He doesnt even let it end. He gets to the bridge and then just starts it again. Please help.

I'm fucking excited for this movie. This shit's gonna be ass and I'm gonna love it. I'm gonna get drunk at a 10 PM showing dressed up as Steve poking fun at Jack Black's many vocal stims. I'm fucking excited for Thursday.

At that time, I was infatuated with Skyrim, LBP 2, and Uncharted 3 (which all released around the same time as Minecraft) so I didn't really give the game a fair chance.

But 13 years later, maybe I'll like it? Maybe, maybe not. Games with no end goal have never really been my thing anyways.

I wanna play Minecraft for the first time in my life.

Its not only because I've been a lifelong fan of the King of the Monsters, this actually looks really fun and a true homage. I'm sure the makers of the DLC were real fans.

I have probably played the most hours of a video game on this game. You can literally do anything that you want. You can play in survival mode where you mine, fight enemies, craft anything you want and build structures for protection or whatever. In creative mode, the world is yours. You can build your dream home, fly around the world and you are invincible. Playing with friends is also so much fun and the online servers are so unique. This game truly is a dream.
