I can't quite remember if I had this expansion, it's possible I just played the demo for it? However I know I "finished" Quake III Arena as much as you can for a multi-player focused game, so I'm going to list this as "played" since there is no way I will really go and try to play it a possible 2nd time as while this game is still active, servers for this expansion pack are not.
