I got this for $5 on sale on the Switch and although that's still about twice the regular Steam price I don't feel too bad about it. If you're looking for a successor to The Room this isn't it, but it probably won't offend you.

The Switch port is a little clunky. There is some basic touch support but you're better off just using the sticks for the most part since dragging objects was hit and miss and most puzzles require you to poke things instead.

It only took me about 2 hours off and on to solve everything so you don't really have time to get bored. While there are a couple of hangups, the puzzles on average are not terribly strong. I solved some of the very last ones just by clicking around randomly to check what the buttons did.

I found myself rolling my eyes at a few solutions which rely on gotchas. The game sets up some expectations about what you should pay attention to and then changes the script with a puzzle that's really easy as long as you ignore those elements. The final puzzle involves looking for a hidden element when the 35 puzzles that came before put all the interactive bits right in front of you. Not very satisfying to win and very few moments where I felt like I got held up in a fair way.
