Listening to Radio X while I work. I honestly think that the great radios with good music and funny hosts are the best part of GTA games. I would just drive around only to listen to the radio. Melhor protagonista de todos os GTAs até hoje. A melhor versão do game continua sendo de PC e PS2. História incrível, prende você do começo ao fim

Completed 79% of the game. I first played back in 2004 or 2005 on PS2 using my cousin's copy. We goofed around in 2 player mode. I started a single player campaign but did not get into it because of all the african american and gangsta content. Over the years I have heard about how awesome the game is and have been looking for a cheap copy. Then Rockstar gave it away for free recently. What are the odds that they would choose the ONE 3D GTA game that I don't own. I had to install an unofficial patch and use windows xp compatibility mode to get the mouse to work and not have the game crash, but after that it was perfect.
I did the beginning missions up until the low rider rhythm game bullshit. I came here to drive fast and shoot people, not play guitar hero. So I decided I might as well do the usual side content. Did the tags for free early weapons at the house (and mostly used the AK47), paramedic, fighterfighter, and delivery. I tried vigilante but it was impossible to get past level 3 once the criminals start shooting behind them, at least with a police car. I then looked up online how to beat the low rider mission. I still don't fully understand how to do it and barely scraped by with the minimum score; key seemed to be pressing caps lock to raise the car up. The same problem cropped up again with the stupid dancing where you have to steal a van with a sound system. I failed over and over until I managed to just barely scrape by with the minimum score. I drive in 1st person camera mode and am a master at that. I am also a master at shooting and had no trouble with the driving and shooting parts of the game. I did a little bit of working out at the gym early on to get enough muscle to continue the story, and got my stamina pretty high. I did not see the point to work on muscle. I hated having to eat and found it an annoyance. The first time the message popped up I was at level 12 paramedic and it distracted me enough to cause me to run over the patient and fail. I only ate as necessary but in the late game I decided to have him gorge on 10 of the biggest meals at a time to max out fat, just so I can go longer without needing to eat. I did some asset side missions, the 3 schools and vigilante from a motorcycle in Los Ventura. By this time I had purchased an smg and got plenty of M4s from attacking the military base. I pretty much scraped through the entire game using whatever weapons and ammo I got for free. M4 was my preferred weapon. During the final mission I used a trick to keep the SWAT tank, because it is cool. I failed my first attempt to get out of the burning building on time because I forgot that I was fireproof and instead tried to extinguish the flames. I killed Big Smoke with molotovs; they caused him to run around crazy on fire and bypassed armor.
After finishing the story I looked up online what else could be done and clued up the things that were interesting. The casino heist (I killed the girl rather than date her, screw dating), quarry, trucking (that last mission was HARD), train, races, stadiums, took over all the gang territories, burglary (I would have done that early if I knew where the van was for that sweet infinite stamina), delivery, oysters and horseshoes. I had planned to maybe date the sheriff and nurse to not lose weapons upon being busted or wasted, but saw no need. I was originally not going to collect all the horseshoes until I learned it grants free top tier weapons. Took a bit of doing to get them because I had picked up a couple previously and that is a bad thing when you are following a guide. Ending up having to watch a video to find the last 2. I also got a tank from the military base and put it in the San Fierro garage, but I got killed by running over cars and making them explode. The tank is not immune to car explosions?! I played entirely with mouse and keyboard, and found the flight controls to be particularly difficult. My first experience with flight was the RC missions, and that little plane was so difficult to control. I struggled with the flight school but eventually learned how to use the keyboard to fly planes and helicopters quite well; a skill that feels very satisfying. My preferred radio station was the dust, which has some good classic rocks songs, but also some out of place songs that seem more like disco or something. There were also a couple good songs on radio x, but neither station had all good songs. Not like Vice City, where 4 of the stations have all good songs. I eventually turned off the radio and listened to my own music on spotify.
I wore the same outfit for the entire game. They told me I had to wear green, so I wore green. I had brown cowboy boots first and later changed to biker boots. I did not thoroughly check every clothing store to see every option, but I like the way he looks.

Today is the day on which I finally finished GTA San Andreas after 12 years. I have played this game multiple times near the end without finishing it. And what a strange feeling seeing the game come to an end after all this time, you can´t imagine.

I just finished playing Subnautica, and I think I might play this or Kingdom Come next... Sometimes you just gotta jump into a nice open world experience, y'know?
