Final thoughts: This game's really neat aesthetically. It does the Arabian Nights theme well in both the visuals and the soundtrack. I've never listened to this game's OST before and I'm blown by how good many of the vocal tracks are. Seeing Sonic taking care of Erazor in the final CGI ending also is incredibly satisfying.
The gameplay felt like a Boost Sonic prototype, except you auto-run. My main issue with it is that the controls feel very imprecise with motion controls, which makes some platforming sections difficult. I'm also not a fan of the game's structure, making you unnessarily complete many side missions unless you have a guide telling you about the required ones.
In the end, the game plays like a 2/5 stars for me from both controls and structure standpoint. I've boost the rating to a 3/5 stars just from overall theme and music alone.
Also this game has a multiplayer party mode with lulzy minigames where the motion controls don't work half the time akin to Mario Party 8, but you'll probably be having too much with friends anyways to care.
