The Walking Dead: Michonne

A short episodic series that juxtaposes the rather dullness of its storytelling with the sharpness of its titular character's katana, alongside characterization and player choices that leave a lot to be desired.

Short and to the Point

Although this is fairly generic telltale, I quite liked this short story. I played this with no knowledge from the comics or any backstory.

Episode 3: What We Deserve

NOTE: as Grouvee doesn't list individual chapters, this is just a review of Episode 3.

PROS:

+ It brings Michonne's story to a close in a fairly satisfying manner.

+ It's short and doesn't waste much time.

CONS:

- It's basically Telltale by numbers at this point; there's nothing special about it.

- Some of the QTEs are really annoying …

Comic fans will be happy

Granted, this is a very short game by TellTale, but if you prefer the more troubled, crazier version of Michonne from the comics over the more streamlined TV character you'll probably enjoy this game.
