SuperEffective's review of Secret Files: Tunguska

I wanted to like this game, but the story was lacking and there quite a few questions left unanswered. I can't even write a proper review for this game. I found the puzzles and navigation to lack clarity - it seemed like the objects you had to find to solve puzzles were just too random. For example, you are on an island solving a puzzle with a coat of armor - one of the pieces missing was rain gutter that you had to row back to the mainland to find on the ground in front of the bar - however, this item didn't exist when you were there initially (as you would normally recall as the game progresses); you just had to think that rain gutter resembles a needed piece and you would probably find it elsewhere. The characters were pretty bland and lacked depth - some of the characters were so wildly inappropriate towards your characters, it was just bizarre. The story was very confusing (and boring) - the cut scenes were pretty alright, though.

Long story short, save your money for something entirely different.

HORRIBLE dialogs... INCREDIBLY stupid main character that also would need to be a psychopath to achieve all she did in front of all those dangers... IDIOTIC puzzles... Secret Files Tunguska is ridiculous to the point of becoming quite enjoyable joke of a game (if you have somebody to share laugh with).
