Funny and beginner friendly

The game is easy to pickup, characters have a great design and it's very funny to see Batman against Shaggy from Scooby Doo. The online is great for quality and modes available, connection is great. The free contenent requires farming and time spent playing, but you can still buy characters for money and support the game. If you want to …

The free contenent requires farming and time spent playing, but you can still buy characters for money and support the game. If you want to play with a friend in local all characters and perks are unlocked, even in training. The single player is a mixed bag but still better than Smash Ultimate.

Changed my review to 2 stars because the game has the same technical issues from 2 years ago, but also much less features in terms viewing stats. It has some new PvE matches, which I have no interest in, but are apparently a crazy grind fest, and even the hardest missions allows you to spend real life dollars to get additional lives... Sad how this game turned out. It has a fun premise and some fun mechanics, but the technical state alone (floaty, unresponsive and laggy combat) makes it not fun to play.

Smash (Warner)Bros

A fun F2P brawler game that is easy to get into, but hard to master. It has the potential to be a great Esport game, but still needs some polish and more content, which arrives continously. The character roster is fun and the movesets are unique, although I could only play well with Batman. (Doesn't matter, I am Vengeance!)

The game has 1v1, 2v2 and FFA modes, so you can find the one that suits you the most. If you got someone to play with, you can create quite powerful combos with the right characters. But the game is still fun with randos,so definitely give it a try if you like this kind of games.

Polished but just not my thing

I've also had Smash Ultimate for years but have only logged like 15 hours total of that. This one I've played a total of maybe an hour or two. Enough to see that it is polished but also to see that it's not really for me. Glad other people love it though!

Platform Fighter King

A lot of fun when u get into it, I've had an adventure playing with friends and fighting with randos online. My only gripe with the game is honestly just Finn and Shaggy, on one had Finn's moves are quite broken, and Shaggy's kick makes me want to rip my arms off sometimes. Solid title

I'm having fun with this but something feels off, like in terms of movement in how characters are so fast in the air, and with how attack interactions work? I'm having fun with this but something feels off, like in terms of movement in how characters are so fast in the air, and with how attack interactions work? I don't know how attack priority is determined still. There is still also blips where characters will be moved or died, which I suppose is supposed to somehow be an improvement over lagging but it doesn't seem like it.

Otherwise, I'm pretty impressed and have enjoyed a lot of the design decisions so far including giving cooldowns to specials to reduce spamming but also giving characters an alternate move to use while the original move is on cool down. I think the design team also clearly has the necessary creative talent for crafting movesets that feel true to a character while also being fun and interesting to see in a platform fighter.

I hated the movement when i first played it but after a while you get used to it. Super fun, but definitely not the best fighting game as everybody's saying.
