decent shooter in the style of doom. I enjoyed the magic and light rpg elements. I dint like you couldn't go back and replay previous missions to get stuff you missed. also, I thought the doors in episode 4 looked like iron man. not gonna like by 4th act I was kinda done with the run around kill things get …

I might just be a crappy gamer. But this game was just TOO HARD for me. It was too punishing, and not in a fair Dark Souls kind of way. No more like Dragon's Lair. But otherwise, this game is even a bit too modern. You don't have saves or checkpoints, you have limited lives (and even permadeath mode), you have upgrades for your weapons, and stats, and perks... All the stuff that Wolfenstein era shooters didn't have.

Make sure you play this game on Medium graphic settings, as High is broken - everything is too dark.
