This was shown during the montage of the August Nintendo Direct and like I need to know everything about a winemaking card sim.

Cards represent different stages in the wine creation process and have a corresponding shape with them, often resembling Tetris pieces. Cards are played by setting them upon your vineyard's grid and require available space in order to be used. Harvest for example, is a 3x3 shape, and takes up a substantial section of the grid. While others, like cleaning or repairing machines, can be played in tandem, as their Tetris T-shapes fit easily in the grid.
I imagine once things get going, one must plan seasons in advance to make the most of your vinyard. A captivating approach that is definitely worth a taste. I just wish the winery info-dump was a little less intense.
