Experience the ultimate open-world action/adventure as The Saboteur. Fight, climb, and race your way through a uniquely stylized version of Nazi-occupied France, and hunt down your sworn enemies who have taken everything from you. Enter the seedy underground world of a saboteur living in 1940s Paris, where the women are sexy, the missions are epic, and the revenge is satisfying.

Having a lot of fun revisiting this. I seem to have had a habit of never finishing open world games during the PS2 and PS3, so I'm intrigued to see how this one actually plays out, although I'm already finding myself falling into old habits and spending 4+ hours exploring the open world without doing any missions.

There's also no fast travel system which isn't a problem in the city, but when it comes to travelling in and out of the countryside it can take a while with the winding roads... so I've developed my own car-rail system where I fly in-between the tracks at incredible speeds (patent pending).

Picked this game up again after a good 10+ years and it's still excellent. The combat is really satifying and there's a level of jank to the game that's hilarious. One tip if you're thinking of playing on PC, make sure you install the GoG patch. It's easy to find online and without it the game just won't run unless you happen to be using a cpu with less than 4 cores.

I've only been playing The Saboteur for a couple of hours but I'm already loving the open world chaos!

I don't know what to think of this yet. The writing is pretty mediocre and it seems like standard open-world gameplay. Punching Nazis in the face is always a lot of fun and the use of black-and-white is inspired. I really hope it grows on me because it is a fantastic concept.
