This is fascinating indeed. In my review of Necropolis, I was conflicted and highly critical. My main qualms were: the game's too easy, the combat is repetitive and there's not a lot of variety. Update 1.02 and more improvements inbound!
This is fascinating indeed. In my review of Necropolis, I was conflicted and highly critical. My main qualms were: the game's too easy, the combat is repetitive and there's not a lot of variety. So I looked on Steam today and: what a surprise! The devs made a post about the feedback they've received after release, and they plan to make a bunch of changes via free updates. They say they're going to address every single one of these issues via free patches/updates. That's really exciting! So it looks like we've only scratched the surface of Necropolis, it's almost like the devs were reading my mind.
Good to see devs who are actively engaged with the community and willing to improve their game after release, unlike many who just take the money and run. Let's hope they come through with the goods, it all sounds very promising.
