This review is for the Nintendo GameCube version

The first GameCube game I played and holy shit this was a thing of beauty. It's funny how someone like my dad, who had seen the Battle of Hoth represented in video games for the last 20 years, could take one look at this game and say definitively, "yup, they finally got it right." It is a bit weird to think about the same scene from a movie being endlessly recreated digitally every few years until the end of time, but here we are. I mean, you're not going to make a Star Wars game without a Hoth level, obviously.
