The year after, in 1997, UEP Systems followed up with the aptly named Cool Boarders 2. Pretty much all aspects of the game got some type of positive overhaul, while still being CB at its core. The year after, in 1997, UEP Systems followed up with the aptly named Cool Boarders 2. Pretty much all aspects of the game got some type of positive overhaul, while still being CB at its core. Gameplay is fast and fluent, and the controls feel better and more responsive, making bombing the windy, snow-covered hills a delight this time around. Tournament mode has you qualify for competition races through a big air trick mode, as you progress to different levels of varied terrain, weather, difficulty and time of day. There's more characters to choose from and this time you can customise both your upper and lower fashion sense to stand out among your competition! Radical!
