Revenge is a dish best served cold, not dusty

I used to play Double Dragon II on the NES as a child, and whenever i play a beat 'em up i make a comparison to this 30 year old game. In case of Dusty Revenge it's rather unfavourable:

✖ Platforming sucks: It feels tacked on, isn't in any way remotely challenges or interesting, and it's not used when fighting enemies.

✖ Low variety of enemies: I only played one level but even than i expected more than three enemies. There's bull-guy, other-guy (light/dark variant) and flying robot.

✖ Enemies are ranged attackers: Normally in beat 'em ups, enemies come up to you to punch you. Here they just stand around and shoot.

✖ Combat sucks: Combat is reduced to walking towards the static enemy and mashing buttons. There's no skill or thinking involved.

✖ Stunning bullets: When the enemy hits you with bullets and you try to jump up to avoid them, at least half of the time this doesn't work for some reason. It seems their bullets stun/lock you, which is rather annoying.

✖ Power-ups have to be opened: This may seem like a minor detail, but having to walk up to a chest, press C and wait for an opening animation really hurts the flow of the game.

✖ Wonky camera: The camera moves and zooms in odd ways, which only serves to distract you.

Yeah, i wouldn't exactly recommend this game. The fact that the title has a glaring grammatical error should serve as a warning. If they couldn't even get that right...
