I have arrived at the final "Question" chapter. And Question is right: I have nothing but questions! Each chapter has been consistently good, but Tatarigoroshi is the standout so far. I have some ideas about what might be going on—disparate as they are—but like the author is reading my mind, these theories are upended, contradicted and flat-out turned inside-out and on their head, with every answer only giving way to more questions. It's a maddeningly deliberate tapestry of mystery that only seems to fly more off the handle the more I try to grapple with each facet. In this case, I found the introduction to Himatsubushi to be affirming and oddly comforting pre-script:
However comical it may be, if you have reached any conjecture, then you have passed.
Almost like a "have faith, you're doing great!" from the author himself. What a wonderful storyteller this Ryukishi07 is!
