Not for Everyone

I'm convinced the only reason why I liked this game is because I love Chopin as a composer. If I didn't know his music as well as I do, I would have given this a lower rating.

The story is forgettable - for some reason Frederic Chopin is brought back from the dead and has to go into music battles with stereotypes from all over the world. His music is mixed with whatever genre that country is known for (ex. Bollywood, Irish Folk) but makes it borderline offensive.

I liked playing it because I know most of this music by heart, so I didn't find any challenge in it. I was pretty easily able to transition to their hardest setting without much grunt work. I don't think someone who doesn't know his music would enjoy this game. There is a serious advantage to the timing from knowing his music.

It is nice to see Classical music in a rhythm video game, but it could have been done more tastefully and just better overall.
