Saw this on the Playstation Store while randomly browsing less than a week ago.
Glad I held back from purchasing it, as it is going to be part of March's PS Now lineup.
The couple of reviews / updates on here confirms my thoughts that it looks decent.

Just started it. So far it looks like an standard detective noir story, but with animals. Let's see if it uses this weird "Sin City Zootopia" setting to do anything interesting or different.
