Console: In short it's reskinned Everything or Nothing with added elements. Because of that it feels more like a cash grab than a new third-person James Bond game.
PSP: Surprisingly it's not a new/different game, just a port.it gets a typical home console to portable treatment (levels are cut/made to FMV's or in-game cutscenes, lowered grapics etc.)

The graphics were really impressive for it's time, the voice acting not so much. No fault of Sean Connery but his voice work really didn't mesh well here. Playing around with various gadgets had it's fun moments and the Jet pack sequences were a blast but driving controls sucked and boss fights were just uneventful, fuelled by a mediocre plot.

This, by far, is my favorite 007 game. You get to play as classic Connery Bond and all the fun 60s Cold War espionage that comes with it. You play through the story of the movie of the same name, using all of the fun gadgets and getting to drive my favorite Bond car, the Aston Martin DB5. The game is elevated even more by having Sean Connery reprise his role as the suave spy.
The gameplay is solid, but not world changing. This was before free aim shooting had made it to 3rd person and most of your shooting is done from hitting a lock-on button and firing away. You can "Bond Focus" to shoot grenades off soldiers' belts which never lacks satisfaction. The driving sections are also fun and every level is done with a 60s feel to it.
