This fighting game began the story of the Sakazaki family and Robert Garcia. Yuri Sakazaki has been abducted by Mr. Big to punish her father, Takuma, and her brother, Ryo. AoF

I have always heard about Art of Fighting, but I never picked up and played it. It's an interesting fighter with lots of cool characters, a great soundtrack and some fun stage design. The camera zooms in when the fighters approach each other, which I thought was interesting, and there's even a taunt option! It has clever bonus levels like in Street Fighter where you can learn new moves and upgrade your stamina/power kinda.

I played through the story mode, where you look for your girl (daughter/wife, I can't remember/don't care) and you don't care who you have to beat up to get her back. The story is tame but charming in a way, but it doesn't really matter either. Art of Fighting is pretty good, and I wish I could play it some more against a friend. I will definitely check out the other two AoF's.

Art of fighting is a 1992 fighting game.Snk, the producer and distributor of the game, did a great job.The story of the game is as follows.A martial artist named Ryo learns one day that his sister has been kidnapped and sets out to find her.The gameplay is as follows.There are two characters in the game.Ryo and Robert.You choose one of these two characters and start the game.you are fighting in this game consisting of 8 regions.The music of the game is beautiful.If you are not too obsessed with graphics and you like retro games like me, this game is for you.My rating for the game: 10/10 (y) Good games to everyone 🙂

Holy crap those "Desperation" final death blow moves are so complicated to pull off it makes me wanna break my controller! Still a fun fighting game!
