The poor quality of life and the need to rush everything (competition and inability to pause without penalty) that take you the time to properly polish my roads made me abandon this game after 8 hours of playtime. Also the tutorial is bad. You need to check on internet how the mechanics works if you don't want to lose and retry every time. Never they explain you how it works.

It seems like a good simulation, but couldn't go into it enough.

Maybe, one day I will try it again (with some QoL mods if they exist) and make a new review.

Kinda dull..

An entertaining tycoon which has a trouble with the confused build-up and, above all, the confusing interface, which come up especially in later stages of the game. But its core is incredibly entertaining and carefully tuned.

Not For Everyone

I played this for 3 hours and still didn't really know what i was doing. The tutorial is bare-bones, as is the UI in general. The game wants me to raise a city's population by 400%. It gives some very vague directions and that's it.

I played this for 3 hours and still didn't really know what i was doing. The tutorial is bare-bones, as is the UI in general. The game wants me to raise a city's population by 400%. It gives some very vague directions and that's it.

This game also has a weird mix of realism/micromanagement and nonsense/magic. Buildings are built instantly, trains are magically upgraded and personnel teleports casually between them. But the game does require you to keep track of tons of tiny details and know exactly how certain things work (e.g. traction, elevation).

If you're really into train stuff this is probably for you. If not, you'll get bored and/or confused quickly.
