Intro

OFDP2 is a 2D fighting game in which you are a stick figure in the middle of the screen being attacked by other stick figures coming from the left and right. Once in range you press <- or -> to attack them. Over the course of the game you face harder enemies, a variety of different "rules" (e.g. your attack range isn't show or you get a chainsaw and only use that) and level passive skills.

The Good

  • It's fun.
  • It's simple.
  • It's quite gruesome.
  • The narration is entertaining.
  • Lots of different levels.
  • When you win you feel awesome.
  • First half of the game is reasonably difficult.

The Bad

  • The difficult ramps up a bit too quickly.
  • Reduced range levels are truly obnoxious.
  • No way to skip levels.

Conclusion

OFDP2 is a pretty good game that gets a bit too hard for my liking. I stopped playing at 69% completion. In OFDP 1 i got a mastery score of over 9 million which only 1,5% of players achieved so i'm somewhat decent at this type of game. The first half of the game is good though, and …
