Each race consists of four laps around tracks viewed from an isometric perspective, which enables players to discern the presence of frequent sloping sections spread throughout the game's various tracks. In addition to navigating the turns, racers must also maneuver hills and dips without falling or jumping over the guard rail at the track's edge.

Не было и нет лучше аркадной гонки, чем эта легендарная игра от Близзардов, и очень вряд ли будет что-то хотя бы отдалённо сравнимое по качеству и увлекательности. Не помню, чтобы за всё время игры видел гейм-овер и какие-нибудь там реплики от Капитана в случае прогрыша чемпионата и недобора очков для продвижения по турниру. The joyous riffs of Black Sabbath and thoroughly good George Thorogood set the scene for this fantastic game of space exploration, battle trax and heat seeking blobs of red goo. My friend and I played the hell out of this game with music straight from the depths of satan's playground.

The joyous riffs of Black Sabbath and thoroughly good George Thorogood set the scene for this fantastic game of space exploration, battle trax and heat seeking blobs of red goo. My friend and I played the hell out of this game with music straight from the depths of satan's playground.
Colorful sprites, pseudo 3d graphics and a driving experience akin to Off-Road on NES. There's a lot to love about this game and I rekindled that love recently, loading a save state on my retro machine, playing until my friend's child visited and hijacked my attention.
Not a problem, R and RR will be there waiting for me when I'm ready to "hit the warp" "avoid mines" and "get lost out there."
