This seems really unique to the series and like it could have been hella impactful to the design of the games, were the control scheme only less ass.

I really did like this game. I thought the graphics were excellent, obviously Lara looked great. The clipping type issues were a problem and many of the end bosses had the same flavor. Run around til you know what you have to kill them. Expect to die a million times till you figure it out. I wish I played it …

I think it could have been a good one.

Holy shit. I booted it up and immediately felt like Lara was drunk. The narration of the controls felt like I was being given an OSHA safety video. What are these movements??? I wanted to play it because I thought it would be unique to witness a darker side of Lara but I do not have the patience to deal with these controls. I know there are mods meant to fix it but this game needs a miracle. Im just gonna watch a gameplay of it.

Tomb raider angel of darkness is a 2003 action, adventure and stealth game.Core Designing, the game's producer, and Eidos Interactive, who are distributing the game, have done a great job.The story of the game is as follows.Angel of Darkness follows the events of Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation and Tomb Raider Chronicles, in which Lara Croft is presumed dead. After an indefinite period of time, Lara came to Paris at the request of her former mentor Werner Von Croy and was commissioned by a man named Eckhardt to find a series of works known as Obscura Paintings. The city and Von Croy are afraid of a serial killer, whom the press calls "Monstrum". During an argument between Lara and Von Croy, an unknown force attacks them and Lara is knocked unconscious. Dec. She wakes up and finds Werner dead, and her memories of the attack are blurred. Lara, suspected of murder, continues to flee. After receiving Von Croy's diary from a colleague named Margot Carvier, he learns that Von Croy has discovered the location of the fourth Obscura painting under the Louvre; Having received help from local businessman and mafia boss Louis Bouchard during her time in Paris, Lara is pursued by Kurtis Trent, the last survivor of a society called Lux Veritatis, who vows to fight against Eckhardt's plans. After infiltrating the Louvre, he learns that the paintings conceal fragments of the Sanglyph, an alchemical artifact created by Eckhardt hundreds of years ago. The paintings were seized and hidden by the Lux Veritatis centuries ago. After removing the painting from its hiding place, Lara is ambushed by Kurtis and robbed of the painting. The two escape the Louvre as it is being attacked by mercenaries, and Kurtis uses a magical disc to keep both Lara and the mercenaries at bay. They were both knocked out by a shape-shifting stranger who stole the painting. Lara is rescued by Bouchard, who takes her to Von Croy's apartment to find more clues. However, Bouchard sends an assassin to kill Lara; he is able to kill her and goes to Prague, where a new Monstrum murder takes place. When he arrives in Prague, he finds the location of the last painting and re-encounters a captive Bouchard. He reveals that Eckhardt plans to use the Sanglyph to awaken the Cubiculum Nephili, the last surviving member of the hostile Nephilim race, and bring them back into existence. Bouchard is later murdered by Eckhardt, who is revealed to be killing and extracting samples for his experiments under the guise of Monstrum. Lara infiltrates Eckhardt's Castle, the Strahov Sanatorium, and encounters members of the Cabal, a secret society that shares Eckhardt's ambitions. As he passes through the complex, he turns off the power, unleashing a rabid creature called the Proto-Nephilim. Later, Lara is locked in a containment area by Kurtis so that she can turn the power back on without interference. Kurtis manages to find his way to the Sanatorium and kill the Proto-Nephilim. Kurtis goes to get the Periapt fragment, one of the three magical daggers that can kill Eckhardt, while Lara, forming an alliance, receives the last picture. After receiving the painting, Lara is forced by Eckhardt to hand over the painting to save Kurtis' life. After Eckhardt frees one of the Cabal's monsters, Kurtis helps Lara escape—giving her the two Periapt fragments he has—before killing the monster, seriously injuring himself in the process. Lara recovers the last fragment and reaches Eckhardt, who makes Sanglyph reforms and begins to revive the Cubiculum Nephili. Lara manages to injure him, but is stopped by Eckhardt's right-hand man Karel. Karel proceeds to kill Eckhardt, revealing that he is a Nephilim who secretly helps Lara using his influence in the Cabal and shapeshifting abilities. He offers Lara the chance to join him, but Lara refuses after remembering that it was Karel who killed Von Croy in Eckhardt's form. Lara uses the Sanglyph to destroy the Cubiculum Nephili, causing an explosion that kills Karel. On the way out, he finds Kurtis's gun and takes him to the monster's room. Smiling, Lara walks through the door into the shadows and ends the game. The gameplay is as follows.in this game, which consists of 2 parts and 29 parts, you are trying to complete the tasks. The music of the game is beautiful. The graphics of the game are not bad.My rating for the game: 10/10 (y) Good games to everyone 🙂
