A pretty solid collection. Budokai 3 is still a game I pick up once every few months and smash around on. This is before the Tenkaichi battle system came in and spoiled it for me. While I liked the extra characters available in Tenkaichi they revamped the battle system which removed a lot of depth from the game.

Energy parries are available here. The breakthroughs are going to be difficult to unlock completely. Most of the time doing that will be done flying all around Dragon World looking for the dragon balls.

This collection lets you see how the development of the game progressed from Budokai 1 to 3. It's a huge difference. If you're a fan of the Dragonball world I think this is a staple of your gaming time. As a fighter this game is sort of average.
