Best story mode, feels incomplete
This review is for the Nintendo GameCube version

I really like the adaptation of the sagas that are presented in the story mode. Saiyan saga, Frieza saga and Cell saga are great. I feel like not enough Dragon Ball games tried to make a great story mode with cutscenes and not just images with text. This is a big win in my opinion.

It is hard to pull combos and Ki blast attack but not as hard as later Street Fighter not as easy as the Naruto games. So, it's challenging but fun to pull them.

Biggest concern is that the game feels incomplete. We have hints with some characters and images that the game was supposed to include Buu saga too but it's not there. The system to purchase stuff and gather Dragon Balls feels incomplete too. It's a harsh process based mostly on luck.

What truly makes the game shine is the story mode honestly. I can't give it 4 stars because my concern takes too much space at a certain point when you try to 100% the game. 3.5 seems good for this one.

El inicio de la saga Budokai
This review is for the Nintendo GameCube version
