Imagine being the richest company in the world and giving away a 7 year old graphics card to celebrate the anniversary of a 5 year old game and not the most powerful graphics card on the market or even at least a graphics card that came out on the same year as the game.
Couldn't be me.

A middling effort that straddles a confusing line between uninspired mediocrity and unintended self-caricature. Everything the game says, it does so accidentally. It is a perfect showcase of the financially gluttonous, over-produced and unoriginal state of AAA gaming. It's everything you've seen before, but worse, and with a shiny coat of paint.

Also, Johnny may be the single most annoying edgelord trope-of-a-character I've encountered in 25 years of playing video games. That the over-inflated budget was blown on Reeves phoning it in (or worse, actually trying and just being really, really bad at acting) speaks volumes about the priorities studios and/or publishers have these days.
What a genuinely unimpressive mess this whole thing is, even approaching it with zero bias 5 years after release.

I truly cannot stand the music in this game. The heavy EDM, metal and distorted beats are way too overused. Going into it, I thought there would be a more grounded electronic soundtrack like Blade Runner...nope.

Most of the artist tracks are just aggression that are more irritating than immersive, nor do they build atmosphere or help setup emotional moments - It just bludgeons the player with noise. Whether you're in a story sequence, combat or just walking through the city, the background music rarely changes in tone or intensity - it’s all just loud, cluttered, and exhausting.
I'm guessing the composers were told to make everything sound like “future violence” and just went with it.

So here I go running to wards the end game of Cyberpunk 2077

It was an absolutely amazing game. Let me show you some additional screenshots from my gameplay.

One of the two Switch 2 games I got (alongside Mario Kart World).
I gotta say, this game is substantially improved from when I played it a few years ago. Much, much better. I'll be raising the score from 3 stars. Still early, so not sure if it's four or even five yet.

And it runs very, very well on the Switch 2. Nintendo definitely made sure the console is much more powerful than the OG Switch.

It’s really fun so far. I’m about 18 hours in my first playthrough. It’s SUPER story heavy which makes it hard to casually engage with, but the world is incredible and beautiful. I love just going for a drive in the city. I’m looking forward to where this story goes.

If you ever want to feel like a hacker while doing mindless computer tasks at work, this soundtrack will do the trick. Features the opening and ending themes along with other tracks from the show alongside unreleased ones by Yamaoka. There's also a track called "Whatever Choom, Like I Give a Shit".
