It wasn't bad. The puzzles were good and the creepiness was spot on. It has a good Twilight Zone feel. But it just hints at a broader story before ending after 15 minutes. Felt more like a demo or a student project than a purchased product.
Very pleasing horror point-and-click story, something like a Twilight Zone episode, but it's extremely short (roughly 15 minutes). You play as Claire, who comes across a horrifying scene while traveling on the highway. The graphics are great in pixel style and the atmosphere is very creepy. The creator, Octavi Navarro, did a game called "The Supper" that I really enjoyed, so I was looking forward to this. While I recognize this is part of a series and will be playing the other games, I would have rather played all the games as part of a package series rather than paying (essentially donating) for very short episodes.
I loved this, it was bite-sized, and completable easily during my lunch break.
The ambiance, art, and story all worked well.
I enjoyed the ending too.
I think if I bought the Midnight Scenes in the future I would buy the bundle of them all together as its more cost effective.
