A well done but not too charming One Piece movie to play
There are things to improve, but it is mostly a fun and well done One Piece game.

Combat and exploration are satisfying enough. The island is a functional playground, not really a charming place, but its locations are logical and work pretty well. I didn't care about Luffy being the only playable character, since this allows more moves and movement specs. Secondary missions are mostly fine, with proper story and a message or character development in almost every one of them. Anything mindblowing, but overall It lacks charm, since it uses popular mechanics, some of them not really suit into Luffy character, such as the stealth, the third person shooter or the crafting, but none of them are a bother. It has some Luffy's outfits from the movies, which is a cool feature. The main plot is like the one in One Piece movies, with a pair of fine characters to be developed (Jeanne and her brother Isaac), some twists and some interesing scenes.
So, as a One Piece fan, I have enjoyed this game and I'm pretty satisfied with all it has to offer. I have sense sometimes "this could be better", but I have never felt "this is not enough", "this is bad" or "this should be better", so there are no major flaws to stain the experience.
