Star Castle is a 1980 vector arcade game by Cinematronics. The game involves obliterating a series of defenses orbiting a stationary turret in the center of the screen. The game was designed by Tim Skelly and programmed by Scott Boden. Tim Skelly also created a number of other Cinematronics titles, including Starhawk, Armor Attack and Rip-Off. As with many other titles by the company, Star Castle was ported to the Vectrex video game console in 1983.

Another Quality Arcade Game. Apparently Early 80s Is The Era for Arcade Games, Not Home Computers
This review is for the Arcade version

Look: 8/10 With the color overlay, this looks actually really cool.

Sound: 7/10 Functional enough, nothing special.

Play: 7/10 Lots of fun! But dang is it hard for bad gamers like me. Wish there were a backwards thrust ability (is there perhaps?). Fun, arcade gameplay.

Feel: 7/10 Again, just too hard for me to claim I loved it, but I undeniably had fun spamming shooting and attempting it ha. I definitely this could have benefited from the developer's usual cooperative multiplayer option.

Attachment: 7/10 I might replay this if I get better at arcade games! I like the look and the gameplay is fun!
