Completed "Marsola" Mission... This was probably the most enjoyable mission in TDM that i've played (only half a dozen or so, i think admittedly which a crime is considering how long i've been 'playing' this fantastic Thief Engine Upgrade.
I won't spoil the mission but, Thief is all about exploration. I played it on easy, but forced myself to look for ALL the treasure and I found a lot of surprising things... The setting of this itself kinda reminded me of an old Elder Scrolls game (like Morrowind) and Man, how i'd love for someone at Bethesda be inspired by this little mission here and implement
Very cool but no official campagin. I Completed The three Official Mission (OM): Training Mission, A New Job, Tears of Saint Lucia. on easy. I'll try hard next. I also downloaded the next bunch to play. And there area a lot. This can keep one busy quite a while! More Missions can be recommended in the forums:

Installing missions in game from mirrors is nice, (but i had to do them one at a time or it would crash)
After enduring the harrowing experience of Thief (2014) I have discovered this little-known masterpiece. Apparently a bunch of fans got together and tried to do a modern take on the franchise by adapting the Doom engine (modern Doom). This is absolutely phenomenal and they pulled it off: all of the features of the original game but with flashy new bells and whistles.
Isn't it sad: we live in a world where top AAA developers make a pile of abominable manure and a huge profit too. Meanwhile actual dedicated fans make this version pro bono and release it for free. And although it's a million times better than Thief2014 no one has likely heard of it.
I guess it's the slow change of tide. Gamers are getting fed up with the bullshit establishment developers and they're playing indie games or making their own games. The technology is getting to a point, perhaps, where eventually AAA developers will become unnecessary.
