Read moreIt’s a fun game, exciting, fast, moderately open in how it lets you approach it. It is maybe a bit technically flawed but the biggest issue in my opinion is how dense the graphics are. It’s quite pretty to look at, but when you start going that fast with such a small screen, you kinda wish you had a cleaner look on things. Anyway, I’ve never been a master of driving games so, after conquering the first two championships, I gave up midway through the final one, because it clearly was too demanding for me. It also didn’t help that I stopped playing it for a while when Mario Kart World arrived: after many hours on those karts, going back to the hardest championship in a Wipeout game feels like jumping from a skyscraper window while on adderall.
