Entertaining action RPG with colorful graphics and a lot of character customization and playstyle options. It was held back by fairly generic story and terrible ending. I would recommend if on sale and you are a fan of the Mana series.

Got into it because was feeling nostalgic about the original Secret of Mana i played on supernintendo. It is a comfort food for anyone who loves JRPGs. The game isn't difficult. It has enough variety you can say. But once you understand the mechanics and figure out the op characters, you might end up just sticking to that for the rest of the game. The side quests kinda feel meaningless and skippable. The story is okei not too bad. It just doesn't have that original magic of the mana series.
