SuperEffective's review of Dev Guy

Fairly easy, short game to play on the PC through Steam. You play an app developer who needs to upload his game, but he has lost his data. You navigate the apartment building, play some mini games, and find your jump drive in order to get something submitted before the deadline.

Gameplay is straightforward: you move with the arrow key, press "E"' to explore and sometimes "R" to perform an action. There are six mini-games total that can be played (if you are an achievement collector), all which are really simply and easy to play like the main game. If you can figure out the "Jiggly" achievement, your character will slosh around like jello during movement.

It's a cute and fun game, nothing meaningful behind it and does not have an obvious bigger goal behind it. Your character looks like a stereotypical gamer dude, with the round body and bushy hair with bread, and your neighbors each have their own stereotype according to your character. The mini games are easy and short, but a little enjoyable on their own, especially the last one. You can easily play this game within an hour and still obtain all the achievements.
