Great arcade button-mashing action, with magic and dragons but in a cartoon "kawaii" setting.

At the end of each level you can buy upgrades using coins that you get from enemies and treasure chests. Some items are quite expensive and you don't get your health back after beating a level, so you have to spend coins if you want to start the next level at full health. This mechanic encourages you to don't get hit even if you are about to beat one of the bosses and also rewards exploration.

The magic/bomb system is a bit flawled because some bombs are just way better than others, and the boss fights are too simple (you even refight a few). Music and graphics are ok.

I liked this game a lot, it has little problems but they don't really distract you from the fun and enjoyable challenge that Chiki Chiki Boys presents.

Completed on Genesis.
